> Hongdam หงส์ดำ ("the black swan") is a web development studio in Chiang Rai, Thailand.
> It designs and builds bilingual (Thai-first, English display layer), LINE-native,
> data-driven web platforms — real tools that hold thousands of records and are
> opened daily, not brochure sites.

## What this page is

A single static page presenting the studio's services and live work. Every
screenshot on the page is a genuine capture of a production page (recaptured
2026-08-27, none are mockups). All linked sites are live.

The page itself demonstrates the studio's generative-design craft, with zero
libraries and zero external requests:
- "Growing gold" — a fractal lai-kham vine ornament drawn live on canvas,
  seeded by the current date in Asia/Bangkok, so each day grows a different
  pattern; new growth bends toward the visitor's pointer.
- "Scratch the lacquer" — moving the pointer across the hero scratches
  through the black lacquer to procedurally generated gold leaf, which slowly
  re-pools.
- A gold-dust signature: thousands of particles that assemble into หงส์ดำ and
  HONGDAM in turn, scattering around the pointer.
- "The bench" — a split-flap board of real telemetry from the studio's own
  platforms, re-measured at each deploy.
- The hero background is a photograph from the studio's own camera roll: a
  Lanna temple mural of a lersi teaching, with a peacock looking on.
