Coffee grows in the hills around Chiang Mai on Lahu, Akha and Karen farms, and a cup of it in town costs more than a farmer is paid for a kilo of coffee cherries. Solved when 100 hill farms earn as much from each cup of their coffee as the café that pours it, for a year.
